A visitor management system holds some of the most sensitive data in your building: who came, when, who they saw, and a photo of their face. myvisitors.app is always a dedicated, single-tenant deployment — self-hosted on your own on-premise or cloud infrastructure, or a dedicated instance we run for you in your chosen region. It is never a shared, multi-tenant SaaS, so your visitor data is isolated to your organisation and, when you self-host, never leaves systems you control.
On top of that, the product is built least-privilege by default: people see only the location and the records their role allows, approval links can't be reused, badges expire, and visitor selfies are deleted on a schedule. Here is how each layer works.
