These terms govern your use of myvisitors.app, a visitor management service provided by Heuristic Labs. By using the service you agree to these terms. This is a standard SaaS terms placeholder — a full agreement is provided on subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree to use myvisitors.app lawfully, to collect visitor data only for legitimate front-desk purposes, and to honour the privacy of visitors and staff whose data you process through the service.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Planned maintenance and service levels are described in your subscription agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in your subscription agreement. myvisitors.app is a tool to support your reception process and does not replace your own security procedures.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kolkata.
